FSJ BUILDUP STAGE III

worked on the jeep some saturday, progress: yes, but not alot. i got the crossmember fabbed up, but not yet completed itll work , and only hangs down 2 3/4" no bad but the old setup didnt hang down at all i was just ya know breaking it all to hell.
heres all my new stuff i got from summit

hopefully i can have it finished and installed by next weekend.
 
sorry to dissapoint my fan club but i just cant seem to get my shit together. its more of a time issue than anything.
 
installed my 205 this weekend!!! wow what progress im making (sarcasm) . anyways. gotta shorten my rear driveshaft 2" now and make me a 15' extension cord for the welder so i can actually weld my cage up.
 
The main thing is it is a great life if you can just keep going.
I know how you feel on the pinched for time deal.
 
finished the cage this weekend except for tying it to the frame. i reckon itll keep the roof off my head.

yea no joke on the triangulation, your going to want at least an x in the main hoop and a dash bar

yeah arent triangles neat. i dont think a cage has ever been built that somebody didnt mention more triangles. :flipoff2:

be a nice friend and get me another stick of .120 wall
