G3500 Van - Tow Rig - Interior Bed Panel

I've been working on this on/off for a few weeks, finally got it wrapped up. I used 2 layers of 1" thick insulation material on the walls. I also removed the rear and side door panels and stuffed a few layers in there. I plan to paint it at some point. Ill probably pull down the pieces to use them as templates for the other side. Next up is to do the ceiling. Gonna use some reflective material up there along with the insulation.

and will there be any insulation between the wood and the outer panel ?

This is automotive grade insualtion normally found under the carpet. It's a recycled, product.
price = yup ;)
R-value = good ~R6
Acoustical properties = excellent
It cuts easily with my .99 HF scissors

I used the same stuff in the camper and it works well.

Reminds me of the Pimp My Ride "Zen car" :D

Looking good Mike. I don't think there will be any issues trying to heat it up in the cold months. Glad the Jute came in handy.
