gas

$3.45 at the sheetz on the corner of 150 and hickory tree in winston/welcome (i guess thats what that area is called)

Very limited high test though...

That's been a problem for me lately, all my vehicles require high test fuel, i can get by on 89 in the jeep and vette, but it's not even avail. in a lot of places. On base, i can get everything, however, It's $0.20 higher than fuel on 150 in winston, so i fill up on the weekends and hope i don't need to do alot of driving around fayetville during the week

What in the heck kinda jeep is this? I thought they all recommended 87?? Even if not, there is no reason to run 89 in a jeep.

3.25 in Bristol, VA

I was in Aiken, SC last week when the radio was saying everything from there to Atlanta was out of gas. I passed 3 gas stations that had only regular at 3.89 and lines around the block. I went 5 miles up the road and found 3 gas stations that all had regular and there was only one or two cars at the pump- I filled up there- 3.87. It just seems a little obsurd.

stroker 4.6, high compression makes power, but don't like the 87. I've been forced to buy 87 and run an octane booster a couple of times

$3.79 in Huntersville if you want 87

$3.19 here in Maryland.
Sucks to be you losers :flipoff2:

Of course a house costs $400k and bread is $3.50. Hm.

Gas just dropped below $3.00 in Bristol, VA :bounce2:

A guy I work with who owns a station says they paid about $3.14 per Gallon on 10/3. he suspects his next shipment will be well below $3.00. He believe gas will be below $2.75 before the end of the year. Of course- that will be just in time for the price to sky rocket for the summer vacation "driving" season!!

Maybe if gas continues to drop- consumers will get out a spend a little more cash and help the economy- a small help, but help nonetheless...

I hope i see cheap diesel between here and harlan tomorrow. The station next to my house was still 4.25 last i saw, maybe 2 days ago.
