Ghost in house ?

waite till it touches you.Just be calm about it.Take it from one who knows.

Yeah that is really creepy. We have had them breathe on us, pull our clothes, tried to hit me with an old jewelry box twice (slid it off the dresser that was sitting about 4" from the edge and can see the slide marks in the dust.). One of them used to sit on my wife's bed (before we were married) and pull the covers up to her shoulders and tuck her in; that one hung out in the closet of that room.

we had a bed shaker/door closer for years. This was more along the lines of a poltergeist style haunt and followed us from Cali when I was small in the late 60s/early 70s to the late 80s when I moved and got my own place.Been here since 92 and have had no problems.

The touching occured while standing in an abandoned share croppers house on a farm north east of Winston.Felt cold fingers pass through my left wrist while standing alone in the living area.I didn't holler, run,or piss.I just calmly told my friend Billie(standing in the entrance door talking to others outside) something had touched me.The feeling that came over me wasn't of shock, sort of I knew deep inside what had just happened.Wound up sleeping inside that house that night with about 10 other guys periodically stoking wood into a wood stove with no problems.

Back when I was in College, my Parents had moved to just outside Boston, MA. They bought a house with two stories and their room was straight head at the top of the stairs. My Step Dad was out of town on business one night and my Mom said she saw smoke rolling into her room from down stairs. She thought the house was on fire and flipped on the light. With the light on, there was no signs of smoke. she turned off the light and laid there looking and here is came again. She watched it roll into the room and fill the ceiling. said small wiffs of smoke would come down at her, but never touched her or made her scared. She turned on the light and it was gone.

This happened several times while they lived in the house.

Hey...me and my girlfriend want to come talk to it some time.

Lay off the weed man. Seriously though, I've heard many stories but have never witnessed anything for myself. When I was a child I used to be terrorfied of the dark, especially at my grandmaw's house. Even though I've never came across anything I just knew something was going to get me!

Update
Emailed taps people and talk to them on phone told me a few things to do.

1-Set up a camera

2-set up a tape recorder

Emailed them the pics and sounds. they called me back today we set up a day from them to come down. If they find anything They will do a show here. they must of seen something or heard something that i didn't.

Bringing up this old old thread well because I now have something to add...
I have always been on the fence about ghosts and stuff, a lot of times I usually chalk it up to my imagination or being half asleep or things just casting shadows or what have you. I have seen some crazy, weird things that I can't explain when I was a child. Well, 6 years ago this month, the wife and I bought our house. Built in 88 and a couple of families have lived there, when we were putting in an offer, I asked our Agent (who was a close friend of my wife's grandmother) if anyone has died in this house and she said No. Funny little factoid to add to this already strange story, the night before this happened, we were at a wedding and was talking to one of my buddies I hadn't seen in a while and he was telling me that he just passed his exam to become a realtor and what's the first thing he tell me? "Yeah, I don't have to disclose a death in a house. I can choose to tell them or keep that info to myself if I think its going to cost me a sale" Looking back, I find that to be an odd first statement to tell someone when talking about becoming a realtor, given what is to soon follow.
Back track to about 12 years ago, my parents were going to move into a house and took me to look at it. I walked in and got a really bad feeling and told my parents that I felt like something bad had happened here or someone had died. I later found out that after my parents decided not to move, someone had died in that house and my parents knew it but didn't tell me. Not saying I have a sixth sense for these kinds of things, but just gave me a really weird feeling being in that house that was too profound to ignore.
anyways, My grandfather died about 5 years ago and my grandmother continued to live in the house they had lived in for 30+ years. My Grandfather passed away while at the VA, not in the house. About 7 months ago, my grandmother moved into a retirement community and was getting rid of a bunch of stuff she wasn't able to take with her. She had these 2 hutches that I always loved as a kid. I took the hutches home, sat in the garage for about a week until we created a space for both of them. brought them inside and I remember it being 2-3 days later, I walked down the stairs and turned the corner into our dining room and saw the shadowy figure of what appeared to be man standing about 5-6 ft from the hutch near our door to the garage. I told my wife about it but didn't go into detail as I didn't want to freak her out. I mentioned to her that I wonder if bring that hutch to our house was a mistake.
Well its been months since that incident until last night... My wife and I were walking upstairs to go to bed. Daughter was in her room and had been asleep for hours. We walk in our bedroom and turn the lights on. There is a small hallways that separates the bedroom and the master bath with 1 closet on each side. My wife was standing by my side of the bed with the hallway to her right and she stops and looks at me with tears in her eyes and says "Oh my God", she says. " there's a man standing in front of the closet" she sort of cuts her eyes over in that direction again and says "Oh my God" again and she starts balling and walks over to her side of the bed. I mean she looked like, well like she had just seen a ghost. I didn't see anything, but it freaked me the hell out. We laid in the bed with the lights on and TV on for a little bit. She finally fell asleep, I on the other hand was really freaked out and my mind kept wandering and kept looking over in front of the closet to see if I could see anything. I ended up going downstairs and watching some TV for a bit and fell asleep on the couch. Very weird that from what it sounds like, my wife saw the same thing I had seen months ago. Makes me wonder if something is attached to one or both of these hutches...

Sometimes when I go to the bathroom, there are strange smells, like ghosts of old turds. When I flush, I sometimes hear the moans and gurgles of them fighting to come back up the drain. Its some spooky shit, literally.

@Cherokeekid88 If it happened within the last two or three years, they have to disclose it.

My sister bought a house and the dude had offed himself in the kitchen and she knew it because they used to live across the street. She asked, the lady said no, and she called her on it. It didn't matter, but she wanted to see what she told her.

There is no disclosure requirement in NC.
In fact NC went as far as to write law in 2016 that specifically states death including murder or suicide does not have to be disclosed.

Interesting. The lady just told her since it was over 3 years, she didn't have to mention it. Guess she was wrong too!

How have I missed this thread???

I can tell some stories of the paranormal that I bet nobody would believe. But thats ok.
As I've learned, it's not always a structure that has paranormal/supernatural/demonic attachments to it, it's items. In my house I have a museum of antiques dating back to the early 1700s some of them. It's fascinating to invoke what's in it and to experiment with. Getting it to go away is the challenge.
I'll place this information here, hidden in plain sight because I know that it will be pushed to the wayside of disbelief. For anyone intrested in the study, here you go....
In my house, not because of its structural history, but rather the attachments of items within, it is not safe to spend the night here. Never has any visitor not had a shaking experience or not end up needing psychological attention. My own mom stayed for over a week and was in the process of emailing suicide notes when arrested from a library down the street, and had no recollection of It. It was because of events here. Most common occurence is demonic oppressions that will latch on and cause suicidal actions and amplify substance abuse. One will notice that I never close any doors in the house besides the front and side entry doors. Theres a good reason for it. I get tired of staying up all night hearing voices and I prefer to let them roam freely. The second I close a door, I hear the voices. I have a cat trained to stand guard and prevent it from disturbing me in my sleep. Theres the typical displacing of things, symbolic markings on items, voices, etc. I've grown to like it, now that i know to keep people away for their own safety atleast.

Holy shit! That’s wild, interesting, and scary all at once. If we ever get together for beers it’ll be at my place!

My backyard is chill though.

As long as its not in the library room, you might be ok. Wait until around November when there's not a chance of rain after 9pm.

you guys keep mentioning children in the house.

Do you now who Lilith is?

Look up stories about the Demon Lilith. She was the first wife of Adam, created before eve as an equal to Adam, not subservient to him.

She is now a demon who terrorizes children. Folklore has laid the blame of SIDS on lilith.

I'm just saying.......it's in the bible......take it for whatever you think it means.

A generic desert demon more or less. the Garden of Eden was no desert.
Also called a screech owl ..... and only SOME jewish archeological "scholars" even see it as a demon at all.
I never saw it as pre-dating Eve as Adams equal.
But all angelic and demonic beings would predate humans.

Ghost and spirits are one thing... but demonic stuff, that is some scary, too real chit for me. Never experienced it and pray that I never do.

Yup, same here. I've seen some weird chit in my day, but no time for it now. I'll have to come back to share. Makes me feel better in an odd way that I'm not the only one that sees/believes in this stuff.
