Crazy you bring that up, because we do similar. Our Waterjet uses 80 mesh garnet while the sandblast can use up to 30 mesh. A lot of commercial/industrial sandblasters use silica sand, which is actually toxic and for the most part, one time use. For the sake and health of our blasters, we use only garnet. We do sometimes use the 80 with sandblasting since the usage rate is 2:1 sandblast vs Waterjet. I happened to be filling in for our our sandblaster who was on vacation in FL early last week. Luckily he had run out of fresh 30/60 and what was left in the pot was 7th or 8th run sand, so it was mostly "half fluff".
Still, that mishap I had was WHILE wearing long sleeves.

I’m going to hook up the water to the shop today. I buried 3/4 Pex when I put in the electric.

I hope it stays cloudy, it was mighty warm yesterday.

We had a good amount of rain yesterday and the grass and garden are already loving it.

My morning: dismantling old bathrooms that are in my Waterjet building. Boss man has a reverse osmosis system he wants to install here.

Liam (my grandson) has been sick as well. He had a 102 for a little while but doc says just Tylenol and fluids.

The awesome part is he shared with PeePaw 🙄

I got the rear of the Polaris done. New wheel bearings and axles. Have new tires on it too. Waiting on one seal to button up the right front and it’ll be ready for another 20 years I hope.

I realized yet again this morning that I am NOT 30 anymore and stuff takes longer and I hurt more 🤣

All the cousins shared a cold over the weekend and one had to get Covid tested to go back to school. :rolleyes: Negative, at least. No fevers here but a couple of crummy nights of restless sleep.

Thank you! I'm convinced she's the prettiest baby but I've said that three other times. :lol:

Heading to chiropractor in a few. then hopefully I will button up the Polaris.

Grandson is still pretty sick, he’s seeing doc again today. His cough is pretty bad. Say a prayer for Liam.

I hope little man can shake it quick. My 10m old is on his 3rd week of a nasty cough but hasn't ran a fever.

He is acting like his ear hurts too but fever is in check at least. Hope yours gets well.

Man it rained all afternoon and late into the night yesterday. Sometimes the rain was pretty hard but stayed steady with only a few breaks. Garden should be good, grass should be good, creek should be rolling along.

I am suffering with whatever ailment my grandson has. Sore throat, earache and glands swollen. I have a blister in my mouth too that is very tender. I have had strep several times and this sure feels like it. Eh, oh well gotta chug through it.

The sky is a brilliant blue this morning, the birds are singing, my corn is taller and I am blessed with great friends and a loving family. I have a roof over me, food in the pantry and clean delicious water. Our ”problems” don’t really seem all that serious when we look at some of the things others are going through....

Take a moment this morning to be thankful.

Slept like a chubby elderly baby 😁

I kept my grandson last evening and we had a large time. He is my favorite human ♥️

Making a list of needs and wishes for the Jeep. I need to prioritize…

Rained all night again. I have got to get my sawmill lumber flat and covered so it can dry. I need to mow, but it isn’t hurting a soul LOL. Garden is growing well, lost a few squash plants 🧐 maybe rabbits. Feel better except earache and this blister on the roof of my mouth.

God is good 😊
