Got 1st Place in demo derby mini van tonight

1st time in a demo derby and got 1st place :)

was at the State Fair in Raleigh..

I can say it was fun and nuts and I will not be doing that again :) but I can not check that one off the bucket list :)
 
Never heard of the Mini Vans doing this! That is awesome. Did it ring your bell a couple times?

well I was back at state fair all day working the demo derby again.. so to answer question.. no pics yet but I heard there are some good ones.. and maybe even a few videos.. and to my surprise I am not sore at all. maybe it takes 2 days to feel it :)

and yes it is out of my system now before Ecors race :)

I will say it felt a lot harder and faster in the van :)
the funny thing is people kept asking why I was so slow in speed and it was due to the engine not running right, if i stepped on gas hard it would buck for a few seconds before it would go wide open..


 
Should have filled the back full of kids to complete the soccer mom feel :) I want to participate in one demo derby...its on the bucket list.
