Got the short course racing itch?...

Make the back of it bolt on so it'll fit. That's a poor excuse anyway.

The back of the Ranger, or the trailer?

I already looked at the ads for 40-44ft Haulmarks. Didn't see anything for sale right now. There's a pretty nice one on RacingJunk with a dry bath, but it's a V-nose.

Claimer class?

What are the shock limitations? Going to say 2.5" body, no bypass?

Here's Scott's BroLite. Pretty simple stuff. More pictures on the facebook page.

why no plastic seats like the cheap summits units? not stable enough. thinking a suspension seat would be a great benefit though! what's the chances of definitely having something to run on inside NC?

plastic seat = compressed spine
in NC ...I'd say 1 in 1.1

maybe I should not have asked for actual odds. Percentage? 1 in 1.1 sounds good to me. Anybody wanna place bets for me on horses cause I'd suck at it!:(

From what I could see of the Lucas regional mini stock trucks, it looked like several of them were running typical "racing" style suspension seats with high bolsters. Some talk in ine of the RDC threads about a side-mounted aluminum seat... Sounds like road racing stuff. My gut says that might be okay for a groomed track like Glen Helen, but would probably leave you sore (if not hurt) at the rutted old farm fields where we would more likely end up running around here.

Somebody build a nice one to accommodate a 6'4" driver with shallow pockets and I'll buy it.

Somebody should take the leap and go ahead and build 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 of these things and sell them to ^ and < and v.

Oh and I sent Greg the link, so whoever builds his, I want some comission! I could sale 5 of these things next week.

Chris I might have to skip building the Cherokee and buy a ranger with the proceeds from the last race rig. I will talk to you about it Monday.

It's time to scratch it locally.

Thanks to you bunch of assholes, I've spent the last three days reading everything I can find about the Lucas Regional Stock Mini-Truck series.
