Help

Bullards - engine runs great, has no knocks, holds oil pressure and doesn't smoke. First time I've had one in a long while that doesn't do that.

Got some 1/2 way good news. Went down there tonight once I got off work and messed with the tranny and clutch line, got the line fixed usin a compression fittin and got the tranny out of reverse so I now have all my gears and a working clutch. The bad is the passenger front axle shaft busted so I'd know down to 3 wheel drive and my winch died on me. Hooked a buddie 8K winch to it from the front left and didn't budge it. Startin to get really worried that this thing's not goin to come out, least in one piece. The big pull is probably goin to be Sat if anybody wants to come out and help.

These guys deal with stuck...real stuck. Look for the highest thread count that is titled: so you think you had a bad day

Too bad you live so far away...My buddy has one of these he's restored. He could reach over and pick you up out of there with his 50,000 lbs winch. 6 wheel drive too!

With as soft as that ground is, we may have to get more nc4x4 guys to come dig out the ones that are buried!

haha....i wish i had taken pics of this story....but get this!

a friend of mine drove his honda civic through his yard to the garage in the back and got stuck. he called a tow truck to come get it out, they sent a roll back...which got stuck. To recover the roll back, they sent a wrecker, which in turn also got stuck. LOL..if that wasnt bad enough they sent a boom hoist in to get all 3 vehicles un stuck...and guess what! yup. stuck. LOL...they eventually had to wait til it dried and have a big Cat Dozer drag them all out.

Every one had a big laugh, and the tow company came out and repaired the yard at their expense.

Time to break out the shuvles!

Looks like there maybe a digging/drinking party saturday, Who's in? Chris is buying the beer!

Try to take a highlift and lift from the top of the cage then pull with winch backwards .
Pulling left will do you no good your in a undercut hole so lift and pull at the same time . it will be the best way instead of digging .

Got good news. Clint Patterson, guy that owns the spider pig pulled truck and a few other tractor tire trucks, is comin down sat with his 5 ton duece with a 45K pto winch to get it out. However, went and checked on with all the rain comin down on my luch break and things aren't looking good. Creek's up about two foot so we might try and get it out tonight. I'll keep yall posted.

If it floods, we can stuff a bunch of inner tubes under it and float it out.

If my wife works this weekend I'll head that way. I have a shovel but if I use it I get to talk smack and make snide comments!

Went and checked on it when I got off work. Water is way down and the rain has pretty much stopped. Most of the bad storms went to the east of us. The official plan its to head down there this Sat around 9:00am and start digging. The 5 ton will be around noon to start running cable. I'll have drinks and make a pizza run around noonish for anyone that come helps dig. Thanks for the help yall. PM me for directions.

scrounge up $200 rent a bobcat for a half day...

Good idea but bobcat would sink in this stuff. Very soft ground.
