how do you move money from pay pal into my bank account

You need to add the bank account to paypal. I got this from their help menu:

Here's how you can add a bank account:

Log in to your account.
Click the My Account tab.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click the Bank Accounts link in the Financial Information column.
Click Add.
Enter the required information and click Add Bank Account.

You should be able to transfer money to it after that.
 
I have a friend in Zimbabwe who can do this for you. He will send you a certified check for $2000 more than the amount you want to transfer, you cash the check, and then send him back the extra money.
 
Best way is to apply for a pay-pal atm card.You can get your money anytime and not have to wait 3-4 days.

don't you have to verify the bank account before you can debit/credit any $$$ from the account?

Its been so long since I can't remember. If so, Paypal will make 2 deposits in the account on a certain day. You have to verify these amounts to Paypal to "Verify" your banking account.

Its a real PITA in the begenning, but once its set up you are good to go.
 
You are correct.If he hasnt been verified it will take 3-4 days to do so and another 3-4 days for the tranfer.
