how do you regrove a set of tires ?

Those look good. Is it possible to sipe out the middle and the sides of the lugs to get them a little taller?

Are you talking about the wear bars that run across the center and to the outer lugs? If so, yes.

a half worn cut tsl will out perform a new uncut tsl any day!
