As the title says. How fast does it go?

Was bored so I took my stock 93 toyota 4runner v6 on a stretch, took about 2 minuates to get to 108. Im a speed freek.

the speedo barley creeps above 70, but the GPS reads 95.5 miles an hour.

No idea wtf is going on there, but my guess is 75 tops.

what size tires you running? Mine are stock.

The Durango is limited to 105 by mopar, but it's unstable as hell above 95 wth the 33's anyway.
No idea what the Jetta will top out at, but it's pretty damn fast.
The Blazer and the F-150 are both on Bias 40's, so however fast causes the vibrations to be bad enough to knock out teeth
The Mustangs speedo cable was broken 20yrs ago and still hasnt been replaced yet
The R/T was fast enough, until the trans broke in half
and The '51 F-1 will run just as fast as you can push it.

Which one? The dodge will do 115 no problem. The mustang...115 is just getting warmed up. The bronco, 75 and you're pushing death.

I drove my sisters stock 4 cyl. Eclipse, and got it to 125 no prob.

Thats what i need, with the gas prices.. I need me a moped.

my 72 Buick skylark-took it to 125 on old bias ply tires
72 LeMans had it at 140
corvette i had up to 152

my 97 jeep 105
86 4runner 104 (with the 4banger and 31's!!)
96 corolla 115
brothers 02 tj on 33's - 94 :(

pretty much any vehicle i drive has to be able to make it over 100

mine goes a whopping 0 cus it aint got no gas in it. havent seen how fast it will go with the new set up. i know when it was stock i buried the needle at 100

Have had it up to 70, in it's current condition. NOt somthing I want to do often!
Better question is how SLOOOW it will go!

ZJ 80 mph downhill with a tailwind while being towed. she ain't ment for speed anymore.
CJ... couldn't tell you... been so long since I driven it, I've forgotten how. :)fuck-you: Caver)

Company car 107
yukon 115
mustang not sure, real unstable above 150

I had a 94 Chevy 2wd reg cab full size truck with a stage 1 chip duals and K&N filter. I had it up to 145mph.:driver:
97 YZF6 got up to 147mph.
2004 FZ1 got up to 156mph:wheel: that was on the back tire.
99 silverado 100 and it is gov.
The jeep I've only had it to 80mph.

Just for the record, it's implied that all the times posted are on the track/private land, not NC roads :driver:

Um, I'd trust that GPS way before the speedo.

I got a ticket for 69 in a 55 a while back. It was my first trip out after putting on the 36"s and new axles with 4:88's.
I was watching the speedo jump and when I looked up a NCHP was hitting his brakes to turn around after me.
I had to go to get the speedo calibrated and the guy was going to take it out back to put it on a dyno. Well he was gone for a while and came back white faced.
The Jeepster would not fit on the dyno so he takes it out on the road (without telling me) and checks it with a GPS. He took it up to 85mph!
He was scared sh!tless! If I would have known he was going to drive it on the road I would have told him about it's driving manners. At least he got back in one piece (with my Jeepster)
It's a lifted Jeep with lot's of travel, I don't usually get it over about 60.

62 mph wide open which is an improvement ove rmy previous trail rig...53 mph was the highest and that was down hill.

i had my 93 4runner up to 78 today with 31 x 11.50 tires on a slick path and it was really moving like 10 mph.
