Appears yours has 8 years on mine, which is a verified 'antique'...
I may have a "few pounds" of R-22, but my local checks it yearly and says leave it alone. Aside from a new fan (bearings failed after 25+ years, and caps)... it will eaily hold 75° inside until about 100° outside before the Delta increases
