Magic. I guess because I am a grandfathered TWC customer, I think TWC stopped offering the $19 service probably 5+ years ago.

We pay $25/month for 50/50 fiber through Yadtel. We can stream sling on one TV, Youtube on another, and have 3 people on FB and it doesnt lag. We use the 5Ghz band for streaming only.
