So this girl sends me a few nudes of her. In an online forum bashes someone for asking for money on Craigslist. The girl has been researched and is generally in need. Am I wrong for selling the batches nudes and donating the money to the needy woman. Seems okay to me in a moral sense
 
no but you could link and include hxxp: in the link so someone would have to change it to go there...
 
Well I'd say you'd be in the wrong IF you didn't get her permisison. In writing.
I mean she's gonna wonder where the $$ came from anyway.

Of course, if she's not smart enough to know that the writing will be BACKWARDS in a mirror....

Oh wait, I now see that you mean the $$ is going to the OTHER woman.
This is like a Robinhood style move in the works here.

I stand by getting permission. Even if she is an idiot, it could potentially be lawsuite material.
 
umm, if i payed for those pictures i feel like i was getting ripped off. i'm disappointed in the free ones. not worth your time.

Did you read my whole post, or just the part you chose to quote?

The money is NOT going to the nude girl. It's going to another more needy person whom the nude girl was a bitch to.

well, sounds like you are a potential accessory to blackmail. you posting her pics all over the internet doesnt really mean your gonna lose a lawsuit. If she sent them to you electronically and you saved them to your computer they are in your possession. as long as she doesnt hold a copywright on them you own the digital versions that are in your possession. If you try to sell the pictures for profit then that violates some laws. especially since im assuming she wont know about the sale or be benefitting anyway from the sale.

i do not encourage you to participate in this scheme. the transfer of the pictures for money is the crime.

by the way...giving us all a link to see them for free in no way violates any laws!!!!!
 
yeah if you start to sell nudes, you then have a pornography distribution business.

At which time you have to comply with some record keeping laws (I dont know what they are but they are at the bottom of every site, you know what I am talking about) to ensure teh girl is over 18.


But yeah idd post up some more samples so we can uhhhh make a better judgement. So far im giving her a 5, I mean so far I am undecided on the merits of your actions yeah thats it.

Yea its nwi. Shes not very hot but very skutty at the least. I never asked for these pics. She knows I'm married and emailed them to me for no reason other than to e-blow me. And I'm not selling the pictures. I'm selling the disk the cd comes on. The pictures just came free
