Well, had to change gears on installing hydraulic assist. Just not enough room with my current steering setup. Decided to go with the PSC big bore box since I will not be going any larger than 37” tires. Let me tell you it is one heavy bitch! Added a heat sink steering cooler and PSC high volume pump and remote reservoir as well. Oh, have to remove damn alternator to change the serpentine belt. Awesome desig!

All wrapped up. Getting the airbox back in was no fun. Had to heat it up and do some re-forming. Air bubbles are out, no leaks and re centered the steering wheel as it was off a tad. Test drive was great. Just don’t forget to plug in the air flow sensor or the check engine light will come.
Finally got around to adding the evap skid plate. Damn little clips on the evap lines were a little hard to get undone. Besides that easy leash.
Also added integrated tail light wiring so I can plug RV directly into jeep and have brake/stop/turn lights when towing as well as a brake away switch fir the brake buddy.
