KOH 2025

Stupid idea putting a jump with a gap in a race.

Can't wait to see the 4600 class jump it

Tards all around. That’s a big gap for guys who aren’t used to jumping and aren’t in vehicles equipped for 40-50ft gap jumps. But not very heads up driving either unless it was somehow a blind approach. I would assume everyone would be informed of a gap jump?

first 3 words is KOH

I've seen this video 20 times... the whole race is dangerous, it always has been, why is this such a big deal?

And if we're being real, as much as I could ever only afford stock classes, no one goes to jv to watch a factory jeep gladiator race. It's like watching the quads before a monster truck show, cool and all but not why anyone is there or why the course is setup the way it is.

How fast do you think he was going and how fast do you think you need to be going?

Having never jumped anything more than a BMX bike or the long jump in high school track… I’d say he looks like he’s going about 35mph and needed to be going about 70-80

how fast do you think you need to be going?
In the Jeep Ridgeline? I'm no expert, but I've jumped enough dirt bikes and RC cars to know that thing doesn't produce enough HP (nor is it capable of putting it to the ground) to keep the nose up for a landing regardless of the speed.

Honestly I'd have to see someone put a next day air stamp on a stock class gladiator and send it like never before to believe it's possible to even make it in one

Flys a little worse than a XR400...but not much!

How fast do you think he was going and how fast do you think you need to be going?

Based on common core FAFO math, if someone hands me the keys to a not mine Ridgeline and I’m hitting it at 75+. No lip on the jump I’d rather be going long than knuckling it.

I would've bypassed or crawled the ditch and kept rolling. Could you imagine the back surgeries needed if you cased that jump?

From what I read it was a not so young guy driving with his wife as co-pilot. Said they were ok, but you know they’re hurting like hell after that.

Was said that 45mph is minimum.
Codriver wasn't co-driving as the gap jump was well known.

A reply in a discussion about the jump in the course. "I hope your socks fall down all day!" Lol
