Anybody ever thought about what they'd like to have done with their body after they die?
Instead of the usual burial, or cremation and ashes scattered over mountains or beaches, etc.
I'm thinking I'd like to be mechanically seperated, ground up and made into sausage and shared with all my friends. What cha think ?
Would you eat me ?

J(eats many things that have been mechanically seperated)B

Naw, I wouldn't, but it does bring new meaning to "Bite Me". :D

Was this written during an acid flashback from ur rock n roll days?
You should read Choke by Chuck Palahniuk...or any of his books if u like that sort of thing...so far 65 ppl have passed out at his readings for his new book.

I was watching a TV show the other day about a place where they study human decomposition. These studies are pretty valuable for determining time of death when human remains are found in the elements. It was a fenced in enclosure and there were a bunch of bodies just laying on the ground in various stages of decompostion. They were studied every day. Apparently you can donate your remains to the place. Normally they would not show on TV what was shown but I guess there was no case for protecting the dignity of the corpse.

The body farm...saw that too , pretty interesting.
I'd go for the usual ashes at the top (very top, long hike past the last lift) of Breckenridge Co. So I could ski the powder bowl in the afterlife...

During my time in the Army, there was a $400k policy on my hide, so I figured the least my Mother could do was to bury me in a Ferrari.. so I put it in my will. That would take approx 1/4 of my life insurance to do... leaving her with 300k.. :)

Now that I'm out, I really haven't given it much though besides the cremation, and being put in a 55 gallon drum of race gas...

as that i'll be dead... i don't imagine i care what happens to my body at that point.

if i had to choose though i would go for cremation. something about rotting in a box in the ground seems very uncool.

Rich had a saying a while back that I liked. Something to the effect of bury me with Blue, and hook the winch line to a tree. With that, I can get outta any hole... Thought that was funny.

I figure I'm good with whatever makes the surviving family happy, I won't give a shit. Don't spend money on it.

I don't care what happens so long as it takes a squeege and some papertowels to collect the remans.

They better rinse the inside of the Jeep while they are at it. ;)

Bury me in my jeep!

OK, but can I pull the 360/727 D300/4:1 SOA D44's 5.38's locked 101"wb Warn8274, before we bury it ? All that stuff needs to be ON a trail, not under.

Can't take credit for it, someone told it to me once..

"Bury me in my rig... there isn't a hole she hasn't been able to get me out of yet!" :D

I've made that hike myself and it is a great spot. I will volunteer my services to distribute your ashes there. That is of course as long as you die when I am young enough to still make it down that double black diamond bowl :flipoff2: .

I'd like my organs to go to whoever needs them and put the rest of me in a cheap ass wooden box to be buried here in Greensboro.

I want my ashes put in to clyde lake Which is in Desolation wilderness above Lake Taho in California This lake feeds the Rubicon River and flows right allong th Rubicon trail.
