Yesterday I was out mowing leaves and iced the tractor was leaning left. There was a nail in the tire and no air. Will a plug hold air in it? I thought they needed to be cured by heat generated from the road. How about that slime jism you put in the tire? I'd like to fix it without removing the tire, I guess my last resort would be trying a tube in there. If I have to take the wheel off, I'd probably just replace the whole wheel though. Its a tubeless 20x10.00-8, 10psi max.

Yup, plug it, then slime it. if the bead is already broken ( most likely) a tube is like $5 tube it THEN slime it. I've done this on both rear tires on my POS mower, and slimed the fronts.

This is the first year I've never had to add air to the tires.

plug it up.. and if off the bead. use a ratchet strap around tire and set bead again.. I have done that many times and they hold fine..

fix-a-flat!

HAHAHA
Fix a flat is fine on steel rims and few folks have custom alums on their lwn mower.....
