Lifted my gas tank over 10" :)

The stock WJ tanks hang REAL low..
since I cant use my spare any more I cur out the spare tire well and moved the tank on up :)

Here are the pics of the gas tank lift..

Lifted it just over 10"

(sorry for the cell phone pics, I forgot my camera)

Man that is a clean look!
 
Inside is not done yet, but I had to cut the filler neck back
and cut a passage through the interior..
I ran out of time but will have to build a cap for the hoses today or tomorrow
and paint it all tan instead of black.. The stock tire cover covers it though, so
its not bad.. I was debating bolting the floor down or welding it and adding a
door to it because I do want access to the top of the tank in case I need
to ever get to the sending unit/fuel pump

Very nice! I also really like the color of that WJ.
