Light weight Toyota buggy build

You will have a less stressful day if you have some rivets on hand. Just a friendly tip.

Nice lines on the chassis Chris! Can't wait to see the hood and roller pics.

To help the cowl induction aluminum roll back into itself, so you don't end up with a flat .063 edge.

That's all I should probably say.... Take it and run with it Chris

Aren't you a newlywed nick? You'll never get that thing finished now :)

Haha and a now a homeowner, I'm so fawked.... Naw, month or so, I'll get back on it. Then maybe you can teach me how to not ruin sheet metal skins/roof.

Haha yea right. I just slide aluminum in the planishing hammer and the brake for a few hours till it looks like a potato chip and weld it right on.

Then I guess I'll just beat the hell out of a sheet of Al and deck screw that bish on. Josh, if it's nice this weekend, take a ride up to the house.

That on Josh Hartzell's buggy? If so, I've seen it in person, very nicely done.

Not bad for less than two weeks work.....
Finished the side skins today. Still need to do interior sheet metal, hood, roof and tailgate area but it's taking shape pretty quick. Thanks for all the likes here, on Instagram and Facebook, I appreciate it.
