Lost 44 Bogger- Need Help

I just told him I was coming to get it and bringing the money. I want to be there in person to tell him the situation and see if there is room for negotation. I am just glad no one got hurt or property was not damaged. I can only imagine what a 44 bogger bouncing at 60 mph could do. It's the price I have to pay for being carless I guess.

Still do not understand how it came off the trailer with a strap around 4 boggers. My pit crew will be repremaned:shaking:

Maybe he will be a good person and just give it back to you. At least you will be getting it back either way..

actually I am going to get the tire and pretty much that is what I am going to do. I know for certain that the tires were strapped down and tight. Only one of two things could have happened; either the ratchet strap (2") failed or it was tampered with. The strap was still on the other three tires. It is quiet a debatable situation but a lesson learned.

I think there are alot more cars, trucks, deer, etc. on the road to be worried about hitting one 44 bogger with a motorcycle. what a dumbass comment. didn't really remember seeing many cars on the road at 12:30 sunday night much less a scooter that would run 60.

Haha I love HPJ! I've been a member on there for about five years now. The shit talking is even worse in person! I've hung out with many people from the forum and they're hilarious!!

Dude , maybe 20 bucks for a thank you fee.......on second thought forget that . He tried to sell the thing instead of finding out who owned it . I hate people that try to scam a buck . I'm all about hooking people up but he does not deserve a dime . I'll freaking go get it from him for ya or with you just to back you up . Sorry for the rant but he should not have tried to sell it .

yea shit happens but you don't always move on that's what the comment was all about and as far as what are the chances of passing a bike at 12;30 i rode home at 1:30 in the morning thursday and sunday so it's possable.as far as the :poop:head that tried to sell your tire instead of finding the owner the world is full of garbage like thatand if it was a fair world he would have found it while riding a motorcycle but that's just an idiot's 2 cents worth:lol:

Is there a law against picking up trash/items on the side of the road? As in, did he break the law in any way? I know it's a crappy thing to do, but is it illegal?
