Biden administration studying whether biofuel waiver could ease food inflation -sources

U.S. President Joe Biden's administration is studying whether waiving biofuel blending mandates could help offset a surge in prices for key food ingredients like corn and soy oil following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, two sources familiar with the matter said.

This would be a huge help. The average Joe has no idea how much corn or soy is in the food and products they use every day. Burning it in your fuel tank for 0 ecological benefit is absurd.

Biodiesel is a huge sham. It used to make some sense when they were primarily using WVO, but now they're using virgin oil because of mandates. One pound of raw soy oil costs .76/lb on the board right now. Assuming no refining and no transportation costs, no loss during conversion to diesel and no cost to actually turn it into diesel, the cost of the oil itself is $6/gal right off the bat.

Very interesting, I'll bet this was brought on by Shelby and Delorean chasiss that are sitting around waiting to be built....

This is a pretty big hurdle though;

That said, these replica vehicles will still be required to meet current model-year emissions regulations, and as such, all replica manufacturers must register with NHTSA, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the California Air Resource Board in order to build and sell street-legal vehicles.

Well he was a comedian/entertainer and won Ukraines version of dancing with the stars prior to being president, so I'm sure him dancing in heels isn't even in his top ten weirdest stuff. I also read that it was a parody of a popular Ukranian singing group.

Yeah I really couldn't care less. I still think more of him than I do our prior reality show president. This dude is still leading from a war zone, ours cowered in a bunker like a bitch when BLM protested down the block.
