As much as I hate frivolous lawsuits, the plaintiff seems to be in the right here. Also, there should be a follow up suit about the use of the term “wing”.
I disagree. He got a bone stuck in his throat. Clearly it came out and he lived. What were the damages?

From now on, maybe he needs order chicken tenders from the kids menu until you can learn to scan your food before swallowing. If it’s big enough to get lodged in your throat, you should have known it was there. Try chewing like an adult.

From the NRC report: "The missing Ge-68 pin source was found by the common carrier, repackaged, and returned to the supplier (Sanders Medical in Knoxville, TN). The source was located and shipped on December 10, 2024. The NJDEP is in possession of evidence of receipt by the supplier."

I was sorry to read that about the Siemens employee. I’ve been thru their facility a number of times when they are building equipment for us.

Wow, that hit the news stream fast. Siemens is not currently sharing what happened even to internal employees right now.
They are always like that about anything that’s not good for their image.

I’ve heard several different things but none of them seem cohesive. I’m waiting a few days to reach out to a reliable source. Once I get the real story I’ll probably share it here.
