well that... backfired
Man, that lady they interviewed is working on some pretty loose foundations:
"Kiehne highlighted the Bible's status as the most stolen book in history, stating, "The only reason something is stolen is because it is valuable. The Bible holds great value. It should be valued in our Texas school system.""

I dunno man, I've heard about a lot of things being stolen out of spite or humor too. I've stolen my wifes clean undies out of the bathroom while she was in the shower just so she had to walk around nekked to get them. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️:D

Don't use the default passwords and you are fine.

I run all TP Link Omada stuff for my home network, if they actually banned it it would make me move to ubiquiti
Agreed I always change my passwords. My concern is if TP link is compromised the management app seems like it would be easy for them to access my network regardless of my password. I can access and make changes even when I’m not connected to my LAN. I briefly looked at the app to see if I could close down ports but I didn't see anywhere. Maybe I'll log in with a PC and take a look.

I was looking at those Ubiquiti when I purchased my current setup. I'll have to take another look if TP link is banned or proven to be compromised.

It won’t matter what you do if the Chinese government wants to backdoor it and the software has the capability built in. ;)

diversity is our strength!!!!!

With Biden giving pardons to every death row inmate, I guess the message to cops will be when you're in pursuit of a cop killer, you better make your shot count, because there won't ever be justice when a democrap is in office

For Fucks Sake… did they come with a solution that is backed by scientific data that shows how effective their solution will be? No? Get the fuck back to class and learn why you are stupid.

Note dad's bail is 3x the rapist

This is the most government thing ever.
Bill just passed to Biden for signature: - "Eliminate Useless Reports Act"

Sounds like a great intention.
But how does it work?
It requires each agency to provide - wait for it - a report.
That report is listing of all of the things the agency is already reporting.
In other words, besides providing all the things, we're going to make an extra report that lists all the things being provided elsewhere.
Then within this report it lists the things they are reporting that are duplicative or out of date.

If there are no such duplicates / out of date things then this required report is - wait for it - useless in itself. In fact, the clear goal is for this report to BECOME useless. Its a self-fullfilling irony.
