From what I can see in the video, the guy updated his retail permit as a department store and us selling items that are considered essential by that jurisdiction. I hope a lawyer gets a hold of this and can eat the local PD alive.

We can't have the PD going around and enforcing what they think the law should be. The store owner pulled a slick manuever. But I'd say he's within the law.
