Metal buildings/shops

I've been trying to figure out who to get a building from too. I want a 40x60x14, at least. I'll let them do the whole thing...grading, prep work, concrete, assembly, and then I'll go in an wire it and build a few things inside. I also can't stand the thought of having a tube framed building that size.
Me too. I am about 18 months away.

I wanting to make this happen this fall. it is all contingent on how much $$$ I make between now and then. Working a lot of OT now for this reason and saving pretty hard. I also have to consider grading and such as this is vacant land and also has no well or septic yet. I'm not set on using this company but they have been really easy to get in touch with and also are quick to send info when requested.

Guy at work just build a 40x60x12. With a 60x20 lean too. He used renegade buildings out of GA. I think he had 15k in the building and 10k in the finish concrete. He rented a small lift and used his tractor to erect the building. 3 guys and 2 weeks off and on to build it. Renegade Steel Buildings | Sales on Steel Buildings | Promotions
I'm saving up now to build mine.

I had gotten some good numbers and responses from Allied Steel, but they just sell them. I don't think they erect or do concrete or anything.

Abco out of Wilson is great for all steel just don't call for another few weeks need them to finish up.

Morton is who my Boss picked out to do his new shop. For what he wanted, he felt Morton was the Best. They are/were also on a 5-6 month back log!

Morton is nice, but given the same specs to bid, they were 30k higher than the next quote (which I went with).

I finally took a couple pics today of the Boss's new baby! Coming along Slow. Building went up in a reasonable time, but Boss is using his contractor Friends for electrical, plumbing, & concrete. Those guys have been Slow, but this is more of a friendly side job for them. Concrete was poured Monday. They say to give it 7 days before installing the lift, &/or putting scissor lifts on the floor. Doors, exhaust fans, & whatever, still to be done. [Morton Building][custom]
