2008 is when it started to change. Mrs. Obama needed a role in the new government and she chose school lunch. (Technically trying to get the populus more healthy but school lunch was impacted pretty hard.)

I don't remember the pizza changing but in 2009 I had to switch to a GF diet so I quit paying attention. I remember in 2004ish when they quit frying the chicken sandwiches and French fries and started baking them in the oven
