My out-laws live in Lake Havasu, AZ. All of the new houses being built out there look like that. That’s normal. Huge RV garage, double or triple garage + house. No yard because it’s too friggin’ hot and the water bills would be ridiculous. And the house is 2 bdrm 2 bath minimum.
