This hits home.
Had one of these with our HR VP and one of my guys a couple fridays ago. Wasnt a term meeting but a coaching session.
He starts the meeting by saying 'Man a friday meeting with Hr and my boss in my experience these dont go well.' - HR says, 'well unfortunately that trend isnt going to change today.'

Ditto....I hate being called that and hate seeing women called Honey or Darling. Especially when it's some twenty something using more twang then Conway or Dolly. Country Fried my ass!

Ha, grade school teacher kept calling me hunn and I flipped out..... Turns out she was my friend mom but from that day on she used my name.
