Same way a woman who can tell me exactly where she hid anything I set down for two seconds and turn my back on, as well as the ketchup in the fridge (apparently it's RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME) can lose her keys and phone almost every day 🤦🏾‍♂️

This is interesting. Right up until you compare it against median home size. In the 1980s, the median home size was 1,740 sqft. In 2014, it was 2,650 sqft. So, the price per square foot has actually DROPPED when adjusted for inflation.

That's what I was thinking, but wasn't going to put forth the eeffort to back it up.

The median home is nicer/bigger.
