Yeah, Deegan is on top of his game. The only thing the AMA is consistent about with penalties is being inconsistent.Deegan has no competition in the 250 class. ALL of the top riders from both East and West started in the top 5 and Deegan started in 10th.
Deegan's penalty was complete BS. He ran over one track marker.
Hunter is looking fantastic.
WTF happened to Tomac? He was up there with the leaders at the start of the race and dropped back 30 seconds! I don't think I have ever seen that from him before.

Devin Simonson pulling off transfers during the main event, LOL!
Why is Eli so damn inconsistent? A king one race and a pawn the next, wtf?
Yeah, if he woulda just played it smart like he normally does, he’d be in the fight at the top of the points.I think Webb's tangle with Prado was at least the second time this season that he has gone to make an aggressive pass on someone and also taken himself out.
I really need to go ride an amateur fatguy class. I'm sure I'd be in the bottom third, but I bet I'd have a good time.Originally I wasn’t going to Coker with how busy we have been, but the fomo kicked in about 8pm Saturday night when a buddy asked if I wanted to go watch. I wasn’t going to drive 3 hours each way just to watch considering I’ve only missed one Camp Coker since the series started coming to this venue. Enter the 2 hour fast paced trail ride. 600 riders in the AM race and a fat redneck that prepped bike and gear 14 hours before the race. Good race considering I have not ridden since this one last year. Life and adulting got in the way.
Shit start as always, knowing the track helped and I quickly worked into the top 10 in class knowing most passing needed to happen before the 4 where it ducks into 4 miles of handlebar width singletrack and passing in there is sketchy. Finished lap 1 in 6th, picked off 5th, smashed my left foot on a stump in the middle of lap 2, couldn’t feel the peg for about 3 miles, feeling came back/adrenaline kicked in. Cruised into lap 3 and got the white flag. Ended up 4th after the official results came in. Whoever was listed in 1st got recorded as a dnf once things were official. Took a visit to the SOS Med tent to see Dr Tanner after the race. Had to get my pinkie toe sewn up and he did an X ray for good measure. No broken toes, just very mangled and split open from the pressure of hitting the stump. Gaerne SG12’s did their job.
It was so dusty and blown out for the pro race I didn’t take any pictures. You couldn’t see a damn thing. Had a good chat with Stu Baylor in the med tent before he went out and I was getting stitched up. Gutted that he had another mechanical with half a lap to go. That really fubar’d his championship standings. As dusty as it was, I don’t think he did a filter swap and that might have gotten the best of the Kawi.

Do they have a girlbike class for my CRF230? I don't think the Alta has the range for a full race. Hell I probably don't either! There is an NCHSA in Denver a couple times a year. Sportsman class. You’ll have fun.

Good job old man!
But you forgot to let me know. Thanks douche! I broke my wrist a few weeks ago though and letting it fully heal before I race. Let’s do one in may!
Ride the open electric class with me.
