Any updates on the dead fish?

Been hit or miss for time the past few weeks, rolled the frame out and pressure washed it Saturday. I then had some time this afternoon. I will let the pictures tell the story.

The leaf spring hangers will be fully removed to weld the bottom of the frame after everything else is welded. Going to also push the hangers back 3/4 to 1 inch to produce a better shackle angle on the rear.

Yeah man. Will do. Im about 10 minutes to Nick's so about the same over to your place based on where he told me you were at. I'll get my fab itch scratched watching yall build stuff for now. Haha.

Nick @stinkbomb came over last night, melted some metal and gave me a hand last night. We got the frame fully welded and the spring hangers relocated for a much better rear shackle angle.
Set the body down for a look at things. Rear axle will most likely get moved forward 1" from the spring perches. They are 3 hole and in the rear most hole, so i could move it up to 2" forward. More pictures to come later

I was able to sneak in a little more time between what the family had planned this weekend. I did get the body bolted back down to confirm everything lined up. I started on the new body mounts, figured it will be easiest to replace them one by one. Also moved the axle forward 1" and trimmed the wheel well. . Rolled it outside and swept/cleaned up the shop.

After i get the body mounts in place i plan to remove the body from the frame once again to pressure wash and paint the bottom of the tub.
I plan to go ahead and plumb the brakes and fuel system while the tub is off. After these items are completed i will put the tub back on permanently and focus on making this thing run and move under its own power.
