I bought this Tahoe Back in 2010 From an Insurance Auction for My wife. It was Beat up with a hammer. Turns out it was a insurance job. The engine ran like Crap and a MPI upgrade Fixed it.
Just about all Body Panels had some damage, So I ended up Getting another one that had all of the parts but in Black.
Here are pictures of what it looked like and the process of fixing and painting it.

All Finished except for rear wheel Trim
Now I just need to get some Air Bags for the rear axle to help when towing.
I painted it using Nason Base coat/ clear coat. I painted it in my Shop where I was doing the work. I just Sprayed down the floors with water and put a exaust fan out the back door. it was a rainy day so the dust was not much of an issue.
