Well 3:30 this morning my suburban burnt to the ground . It was at work I was going to pick it up this morning .Apparently there was a electrical short that cause it to catch fire. It took the fire department 1hr to put it out . I only had liability insurance on it so I am out 3k now :(

Man, that sucks. Sorry to hear about that.

Well I had a friend who has investigated alot of vehicle fires and said it look like the battery shorted out causing the fire .It was a optima yellow top that was less then a year old .Here are the pic's

Wow, that really sucks. I was thinking about dropping comprehensive on my vehicles, now I'm reconsidering...
The sad thing is I just added comp on my vw so if this happens again which I hope it does not it will be covered .

that really sux. We have comp on everything even my 89 manche. I really hate this happened to ya.

Man, did anybody say how bad that sucks... I've had comp on several different things but now most of my junk aint worth the insurance increase. I guess I'm with RenegadeT with my fingers crossed. Will you be able to salvage/sale anything off it?

man that stuff will buff out!
nah man im real sorry bout that! looks like you had just got those tires recently too.

yup a friend of mine gave the tires and wheels to me for helping him out plus a fairly new sony radio Well it is all garbage I think we can salvage all of the rims and rear diff

Man sorry to hear about your burb. As a fellow burb (3 of them, 86, 91, and 97) owner I feel fo you. I run full coverage on all three. The extra $10 a month is alot easier to swallow than $2-$5K at once. Good luck with salvaging anything. Post up when/if you start selling stuff.

That sucks. sorry to hear about this.
Comprehensive is so cheap, I wouldn't even consider not having it

Is your buggy insured?
