Pixie was ran over by a loaded plumbing truck, her head was under the tire, and the van was lifted up as if it hit a rock (thankfully he was going slow and could back off ASAP) Without going into details (would take 5 minutes to read) here is the final result

missing three teeth that had to be removed (2.5 hours in surgery) stiches, NO FRACTURES!!! (amazing because the truck ran over her head!) and this is the first time she has ever felt "high" (that is the way she is walking around the house)

For the record this does not need to get in debate, It was not the drivers fault! We have showed her not to bite tires many times, and she learned once, but I guess this was one of those times she did not think because she never saw the truck before. Best believe I will be putting an end to that. I shall be handing down the "tougher love"

damn...fence (hard or electric) may be in order.....poor girl...(her)

the eletric fence worked wonders for us (she does not need the collar anymore) so we are going with the shock thing. When someone pulls up and she takes one step towards the car she will get zapped with a firm no (this is only if I can not teach her without anything.. just time.. or without the water bottle)

wow....glad she's alright. Also...glad it wasnt Ricky that ran her over cause she would look awful stupid with bogger tread going accross her forehead!

lol, she already looks bad like she is, I would hate for her to look like ricky's arm!

you just doomed Ricky's next dog

Dog would have the tattoo before it was house broke

Glad she is ok.

Glad your dog is ok Good thing she is hard headed.

Wow..an animal with a head harder than its owner... LOL..

Glad the pup is gonna be OK. :)

wow. glad she is ok.. but I can not believe her held up to the weight..

I was thinking the same thing. There is no way. Brent told the Vet, told his wife, and told us the same story, he had no reason to lie. The only thing I can think of was it did not roll all the way on top of her skull then back off, maybe it was just right up the jaw (I do not know because I was not there to see it happen)

She is gun shy right now, so I think it will be about a week before she is ready to see everyone.
