Dude has a camera that takes 5 pics per second. It's pretty cool to see what happened so fast I couldn't respond quick enough. Had to post it on another board because of the limit of pics on here.

cool, it'd be nice to have a camera that fast (and catch stuff like that on film). That propane tank on the back seems to be a little un-protected though, I'd be worried about punching a rock thru it.

It' got two side runners and a loop at the bottom. It's mostly protected plus they are DOT approved to survive most car wrecks. Not too worried about it.

Yep, got me a regulation hockey helmet. It's well vented, light weight, and tough.

On my computer if you line up the first pic and hit the space bar repeatedly it gives this really cool slow motion effect.

What's so fancy about a camera that does 5 frames per second? You can shoot digital video at anywhere from 15-30 fps, that's the same thing at 3-6x the temporal resolution.

I'm just sayin', for future reference all you need is a digi cam w/ video feature, my 4 y/o Canon will do that.

His camera does like 10 megapixel pics at 5 pics per second.

what you forget is with a digital camera you have to have it set on video to record..

a lot of folks will have there camera set to take a picture and by the time you switched it to video his roll woul dhave been over..

atleast that is how I use my camera

I just put it on "video" as soon as they get started, film the whole thing. Memory space is cheap these days, you can always delete boring footage.
