Does anyone have any recommendations for an offshore/nearshore charter out of somewhere close to Topsail Beach? We'll be down there in early June if timing matters.

That looks to be roughly 4 hours from Topsail? I appreciate the recommendation, but would like to keep any drive time to around 1 hr or so.
I do get out to the OBX and will keep them in mind on those trips.

I know that you were asking for offshore, but if time is limited or weather is iffy look up Capt. Allen Breadman Ventures Guide Service or Capt Ray @ Spring Tide Guide Service. Both are excellent inshore guides. Capt Ray will also go out nearshore to bottom fish or troll for Spanish

As mentioned above but also “inshore”. Breadman ventures. I’ve fished with him a couple of times. Will definitely get you on some reds. Have heard good things Spring Tide charters. Ray Brittain. He does near shore. You could also look down at Wrightsville? Pretty close drive. Several near shore captains there. Cape Jot Owen’s name sticks out to me? Never fished with him but has a big following.
