New Member Check In - Post HERE <------------------

I just thought I would post up here as it looked like the appropriate thing to do. I am a 7th grade Social Studies teacher still looking for a place to live in the Statesville area... open to suggestions pm me with them.

My name is mark and im looking to getting into four wheeling. Ive become bored with my sports car and am looking to get into something new. I hope to buy a first gen 4runner soon!!

That would be awesome. Lake Wylie is only a 15 min. drive from my place. I'll be the president hahaha. Forget that lol. I'm just a stupid teenager. (Atleast I admit it)
The only issue I have is finding any time and money to buy and wheel right now.
I am in the process of trying to find a family vehicle though. So maybe I'll just get a cherokee or something I can play in for now.
An XJ, is A fine family vehicle, plenty of family type recreation potential there.

Hello everybody

Hello everybody, new to the forum. Live in Laurens,SC about 10 minutes from Gulches ORVP. Have a 1991 Jeep YJ i've had about 6 weeks now. Was bone stock when I got it and have added a 3 1/2" lft and 31" MT's on American Racing wheels. Its got the 2.5 and 5 speed with the factory 4.10 gears. Plan on upgrading to 33" or 35" Mt's and 4.88 gears. This seems to be an awsome sight with a lot of useful information. Look forward to getting to know some people on here and do some wheeling!
This is what it looked like the day I brought it home

Hey all! My name is Shawn and i am from Florence, SC. I know, this is a NC forum, but figured it was ok....

I have looked on this site a few times from links from the Carolina Full Size Jeep Club board and decided to join. Looks like there is a lot of activity on here.

Hello everybody! New to this site. seems like a lot of east coast locals on here. I feel right at home!!!

How's it goin' all? Been lurking for a while and I figured I might as well post up. Just moved here to the Charlotte area from Eastern NC. I drive a '99 Explorer Sport, lifted a tad with some 32" All Terrains, and I'm lookin' to bring it on some real trails for the first time. Just need to to accomplish a few small mods and then I'll be ready to go. Anyway, great site and I'm glad I found it.

Hey, I'm Alex from Raleigh/Cary, NC (My hood is Raleigh, but once you step outside of it you're in Cary). I'm driving a so far stock 1998 Chevy Silverado 4x4. I'm only 16, so I'm just starting to get into the whole scene but I'm really hoping to earn some cash in the future to upgrade my truck to do some more advanced stuff.

Hi. I'm Ben Miskelly. I'm a Sophmore at Clemson in Landscape Architecture. I live south of Charlotte.

I have a 1988 Grand Wagoneer on 35's that is just starting to take shape, but college is expensive so it doesn't get much money spent on it.
