Looking for fun wheeling!

Fairly new to wheeling but ready to get dirty! I live in Faith Nc and have been to Uwharrie a couple of times but would like experienced people to go with. My Jeep is a DD that I don't want to beat to death but I'm not afraid to run it hard! I have a 2011 JK unlimited 3" lift and 33" Nitto trail grapplers, cold air induction from Banks and Cat back exhaust. Next upgrade is 4.88 gears and front and rear ARB lockers.

Welcome to the forum! And that goes to the both of ya!

New from Sanford

Hello, from Sanford
I drive a 04 Chevy Trailblazer I am a member on TB forums and someone over there told me about this forum. It's very helpful being on a site where everone drives the same truck but it will be cool to see other trucks and setups. I also wheel a Honda Rancher ATV.

Was here a couple years ago, and am back. Growing up I have 3-4 wheelers, and wheeled a few trucks, but then life got in the way. I want a rig ...and am looking for one now.

hi i'm jeff, i'm new to this forum. been on fullsizebronco.com for a few years now and lurking around on pirate4x4 for about a year now. i'm currently stationed at bragg. i have a 93 bronco that i've put some work into. swapped in a 44, chromo shafts, lock right, mile marker hubs, sterling rear end, shackle flip, built a winch mount and attached a smittybilt 12k winch. i'll create an avatar tomorrow sometime and post some pics as well. i'm also a member of bragg 4x4.

as promised here's my truck...

Hey fellers.....and gals,

New to the group and getting back into the Jeepin' thing. I live in New Bern and had a 1978 CJ-5 back in my early 20's. It was almost NEW then! I am now 47 and bought another 1978, but this is a CJ7. It's a fixer upper and I am trying to do what I can to get it on the road. Well, it's on the road but drives for chit! I am waiting on a new carb for it today. Hopefully that'll improve things, as it's got an old, leaking Holley on it now. Went back to the stock Motorcraft 2100. Also adding HEI in the coming days. Next week I'll be installing a YJ to CJ spring kit with Old Man Emu springs. I have no idea what springs are on it now, but they are stiff as could be and I have a bunch of negative caster which makes it almost undriveable on the street. Hopefully this will take care of it! Also going to put in new front and back seats soon.

Anyway, just looking for places to wheel and people to wheel with! Here are a couple pix of my new ride. It's a 304 with the T150 tranny. Mostly stock.....

Glad to have found the group!

Howard

Hello just seeing if anyone is interested in heading to Uwharrie this weekend. I'm a beginner and would appreciate anyone helping me along the way. My Jeep is also my DD so I don't want to tear it up but still looking for a challenge. Saturday am is my plan for going. Let me know if you are interested.
Thanks,
David
