New thread.........right now

Getting display cases built for the upcoming artifact show this Saturday. Case looks shabby, backing looks makeshift, but it's the several thousand year old artifacts inside that count. Some are worth a couple hundred bucks each, but to us collectors they're priceless.

I'd be curious if you're step-dad knows anything about some Bruces buried in Kershaw and Lee Counties.

Yeah, swung by and looked at the logs yesterday, nice dense green fresh white oak, 20-24" diameter, 12-14ft long, probably in the neighborhood of 2000-2500lbs each.

Unfortunately it was just burgers today. Burning limbs off a trimmed variegated privit sp? just about burned everything, I need .
