[Nov 8, 2014] Veterans Ride (Eldorado, NC)

I can't wait for Saturday to get here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again and supporting a great cause that jason has put together. Honored again this year to bring a great friend and vet along for this ride. Invited my father (Army, Vietnam) to come but not sure he will come with us. Hoping to get in on Sundays ride! See ya there!!!!!!!!!!
Jason, anything you need or need done? Time is tight for me but I do anything I can! Just let me know.

hey all, really looking forward to this weekend, thank you guys so much for putting it together. We were originally planning on camping but it may be a bit chilly for a 4-month old baby in a tent so I'll probably just be coming by for the ride and festivities Saturday. I'll have 2-3 open seats in my Tacoma for anyone who needs to ride and I think my brother will have an open seat is his side x side also. Again, thanks for putting this together, see you all Saturday.

I will most likely show up in early afternoon. Boss has other obligations. Not camping this time.

rustyjeeper, drag your dad along... we old farts are badly outnumbered!

We'll be arriving Friday mid morning with popup, is there dinner scheduled for Saturday? If so what's on the menu? Thanks! Looking forward to seeing everyone, hope there's plenty of firewood for Friday night, LOL!

Dinner will start at 3pm on saturday and go until we run out. Menu is Chili beans and baked taters with butter, cheese and sour cream baked goods for desert. Coffee, hot coco and pepsi products....
Farmer cubscout pack 509 will be doing the cooking and serving. Look for the MKT(mobile kitchen Trailer) and there the grub!

Jason, Josh, George, Don and I all meet up for breakfast this morning in harrisburg. Drove down, got here around 9:30. Cut two truck loads of firewood and distributed to all the fire rings. Found a flag pole and put the colors up high and proud by the cross. Haybales are out and tables are setup and ready for everybody. Hope to see everybody here.

me and my gf will be there friday after noon anything anybody need for us to get? and who do we need to talk to this my first event except going to a work day a couple years ago

Hey guys, looks like I'll be heading from Durham Saturday morning so I'll be at the Bojangles in Pittsboro and will pick up with ya'll. I have a black '06 Tacoma. See you in the AM. Would it be easier if I just parked on the side of 64 and waited so you don't have to take the exit?

For the first time, i will miss this ride. As a vet myself, this sucks but work gets in the way.
To Jason and Josh. I am still gonna cover any vets entry fees as i commited to. Let me know.
To Snappy, feed em brother!
To the rest, be safe and have fun!
And be nice to the pregnant lady. "Mean as hell" is an understatement.
Paul...

I'll see you guys at Panera in apex in the morning! I'll be there at six waiting.

Great job @Jason W. And @ABadJeeper had a great time catching up with a lot of good friends we haven't seen in a while. There was a great turn out of very generous people supporting a very good cause that 4wheel to heal has put together. Just want to extend a VERY BIG THANK YOU to all my brothers and sisters for all they have given for this great country we all call home.

Yes. Great meeting up with folks I have not seen for a while and meeting new folks. And as usual great food. Thanks Jason and everyone else that put this on. Looking forward to next year already.

Awesome time today. 4wheel 2 Heal is already on board for next year. As usual things went off without a hitch and I think everyone had a great time. I know I did and I didn't even got out on the trails. Thanks to everyone that came out and supported the cause.
