We're offering a weekend of family fun and trail riding in the beautiful Mountains of North Carolina. Uwharrie ORV Area is located on National Forest lands.
  • Guided trail rides on Friday night and Saturday.
    Trail ride line up at Group Camp in BIG Field.

    - Friday night run: Leaves around 7pm

    - Saturday runs: Driver's meeting at 8:45am, trail ride starts out at 9 am (stock or easy riding group), 9:15am (Mod or more aggressive group).

    - Saturday Games start after trail ride...we estimate around 4pm
    - We will have RTI Ramp, Slow Crawl and Turtle Race and more..

    You Must have either a Day Pass or a Yearly Pass to ride with us....these can be purchased at the Eldorado Gas Station on hwy 109
  • Camping in our headquarters campground, Friday and Saturday night, in Group Camp 'A' and 'B'.
    Club Members: Free to all Club Members
    Non-club members: $5 per night to Camp.
  • Dinner on Saturday night. 6 pm
    CNC will be having a big dinner cookout on Saturday night immediately following the games
    Dinner will be $7 per person - Kids $5 (Ages 6-12) - Ages 6 and Under are FREE
    FOOD sign up Cut off is Sept 27th. - contact :CNC Pres
  • Please provide your own drinks
Please take a minute to print off a waiver and bring it with you.

wanted to come meet your group im in Raleigh I have to work Saturday will anybody be around to ride Friday or sunday

There most likely will be people riding Friday, maybe an afternoon ride then an evening ride depending on how many people show up Friday. As for Sunday, most people just pack up and go home that day. We will be at the Badin Lake Group Camp. Make sure that you have everything on our mandatory equipment list before showing up.

With the government shutdown and assumed closing of all Uwharrie campgrounds, please stay tuned for more details about this event. As soon as we know something for sure, I will post updates here.

I will have more info from the Forrest service mid afternoon on what's open and closed.... I will cross post to here for you guys...
 
According to Deborah, the trails will remain open and the campgrounds will be closed. We have a backup plan in place on camping and will make a final decision by the end of the day Wednesday. The Fall Bash is still a go!
 
Update for CNC4x4's Fall Bash

Scott Fields has been gracious enough to offer his property to us for camping this weekend in lieu of the group camp being closed. CNC will be camping at the Uwharrie Off Road Training Center directly across from the Eldorado Outpost. We will be there from Friday to Sunday. Looking forward to a great Fall Bash!

HUGE thank you to UORTC and Eldorado Outpost for helping us have a place to camp and not have to cancel our event..
 
Seen your group several times during the day. Some nice rigs there! Didn't realize you were in the group until I seen your plate lol. I told my gf that you were the one I got the tub from and she wanted me to stop ya and send it back!!! Haha

He didn't ride with us but we met him on the first ledge at Daniel. Tried to get him up it but he started to flip backwards so he went around and met us again on the top. We sat with him for 30 minutes or so and bullshitted.

Yeah that guy with the b2 Is pretty funny and ain't scared to give it hell
 
our group met the guy with the B2 and he had 2 dogs with him.. one which went into the big nasty mud hole by Art lilly campground
 
Ya Scott is a trip! That is the second body on his Bronco this year.
