Pulling Carpet For Hardwood

I recently tore up carpet and refinished my floors (selling the house). Had dog piss stains BAD in the living room, admittedly a few from our dogs, but 90% would have been from previous owners dogs.

You can rent sanders from Home Depot, I refinished my house (1260 sq ft) for around $600-700 and $150 of that was paying my uncle to help with the sanding. It definitely didn't turn out perfect as I got tired of sanding and quit with some marks still in the floor, but it looks WAY better than it did before.

Did the kitchen and one bathroom when we bought the house in 2008, now the whole house to sell it, I will pass on the wood floor refinishing career haha.

We had to actually put down new floor in the kitchen and half bath in 2008, oak we had cut at local sawmill from a tree off my parents property. Not tongue and groove, just straight cut boards of varying widths.
