Call your lawyer and subpoena the tapes as an immediate crime prevention effort w 24 hrs to respond. OR let them know you are preparing a suit against the business for their security breakdowns. The "thefts are not our responsibility" argument does not apply as stated in your contract. They have broken the contract by allowing cameras to fail or not be replaced.

I already did all of this over the weekend and just walked out of my meeting with them today. I have reviewed the footage...

Without going into the details, I’ll just say they don’t have any leads.

I've started a part time job in surveying (again) and this afternoon I was sent to southeast raleigh. I was rolling south down Beverly dr. just south of Poole rd. and in the left curve of the S turn. A homey on a 4wheeler screamed around the curve about 60, w his sidekick 20 yrds behind him on a 125 bike? 4wheeler dude slid sideways trying to make the turn and would have met the 3/4 ton Chevy truck grill if I hadn't slammed the brakes....... neither were wearing a helmet but they did have red doo rags or shirts. I assume they were headed to Poole rd. They were only a block or so from it. I could not decide if they were racing or in a hurry to deliver some "packages" for amazon?

I would check the classifieds near Atlanta or in Tenn. I know in SC, that's where most of the stolen trailers go.

Yep, it is a unique trailer for sure. It'd be pretty easy to spot. I hope it comes up.

I think that someone in that community did it. Getting past the gate and braving security cameras seems very fishy
 
Agreed with the inside job. Someone had to know. All those locks on the trailer, gates, security cameras that happened to not be working. That’s a lot of risk for someone to go thru to pick a trailer at random or even to eyeball it and plan it out. Someone knew. I hope it’s found and the people that done it.
I don’t know you, but I’ve followed your racing for a long time, and I sure hate a thief. Sorry man.
 
So stealing a trailer in Charlotte is not even close to uncommon, its the opposite and cmpd couldn't give less of a shit . And further, if you think your $40+ trailer lock is really worth a shit go on YouTube and see how easily it can be defeated in ten seconds or less. Look into gps trackers.

They would have to be habitual felons with an outstanding warrant for killing a nun if you think they'll serve jail time! It's unbelievable what gets dropped in court these days. Not saying "handling it yourself" is a realistic solution either.
