I'm pretty sure I could handle it, but I don't think I will have the time. Got an offer and closing real soon. Still have a lot of stuff to move out and things to arrange as well as other repairs to make.

get a quote and give that as a credit to the new owner so you don't have to deal with it.
 
I've actually been pricing 47gal low boys, got a price today of $250 for a Rheem unit. $289 for a Whirlpool at Lowe's ( which BTW, they do not advertise on their website )

thats just for the unit, the rest of the fittings and such I'm still working on
