Beautiful weather this week so rented a tracked skid steer and got the shop grading done. Not sure if the pictures do it justice. The front of the shop will have a concrete pad and retaining wall.

No. Turn at chic fil a, like you’re headed to the horse track. Turn left at the first stop light. That’s knights hill Rd. Its little ways down on the left. It butts up to the river.

Interesting; the road side, looks like your very close to the retaining wall, & the rear is falling off a hill. Maybe should have turned the building 90 degrees.
