No doubt. I hate it for you. My last house was low lying. I got the neighborhoods runoff. I stayed soggy the entire time I lived there. If you need any help you’ve got my number.

Left Friday about 1700. Rockingham, Charlotte, Asheville into Tn on 40 then down to 24 and up over Monteagle. Slept for about 3 hrs in the back of the cab. Picked up my buddy’s PowerChoke this morning (after working for 2hrs to get it started) and burned it back to Aberdeen. Monteagle rest area got my morning business and I snapped a photo. Overall a good trip and a HUGE thanks to @Stuntman Autoworks for the trailer use. That thing is an amazing piece of art!!

Not quite as hardcore as @skyhighZJ ‘s trip, but my folks came down yesterday to pick up the kids for the week while my wife is in PA visiting her sister, so I was at Home Depot at 6 this morning to snag their $139/day unlimited mileage first come first serve 12 ft box truck. Me and dad loaded up pretty much my entire garage and hauled it to his shop in Marion, unloaded it, me and @ramjo loaded up some ancient TVs that I can dispose of for free down here, ate a couple plates of ‘sketti, gave everybody a hug and booked it back to Charleston. Unloaded TVs, swept out 10 years worth of garage dirt and trash and just sitting by the fire now.

Side note: Home Depot box truck payload capacity is stated at 3850 lbs. It can handle more
