We celebrate with a Thanksgiving family meal a week ahead to keep it less busy. It also means I can stuff my face for a long meal and not worry about another family to offend for not coming hungry!

Now I know why they did it....

Well that was way more complicated than it should have been. Picked up a drum mower for next year. Supposed to work good and mow as fast as you can hold on. But when they unhooked it they had it swung out and didn't set it on a block. Took an hour to drag it out and hook up.

I’d love to light my fireplace, but my wife has so much Christmas stuff hanging on the mantle that I’m worried it’ll go up. Yes I said Christmas stuff before thanksgiving. We skip thanksgiving decorations around here.

What kind of tractor is that?

Reminds me of my Grandpa's mid-50's Ford. (I think that's right)
Blue one is a fordson major/super major. Basically a brittish Ford 5000. This one in particular is a super major front and engine with a marjor rear end and lift. Had one of each when inwas little. Motor blew on the major and the super major had the lift grenade on it.

Current farm fleet is :
MF 35
MF230
Ford Long woth a loader (runs but needs rings)
Fordson super/major
MF 1105

Also have a spare long that's got most of the engine and rear end, as well as a yanmar 4x4 with loader that needs a head.

Everything we have is old and abused, right down to the scrape blade lol.
