Random pic thread.

I swear this would be my wife given half a chance….

FML…..
I do not understand why you would want that thing as your wife.

This is probably the clearest this bench has been in 6 years or so.
Now I just got to go through and make new bins and sort all the crap that I threw on the floor to get it this way 😭

We had a nice visit to Grandfather Mountain today. First time I’ve been there in at least 30+ years.

I think my dream job is being a bear at Grandfather.

And wrapped up the day with a good fire tidying up all the sticks in the yard and a rocking chair that had served its duty.

German ratchet strap. I got probably 10 with a piece of equipment a while back. I didn't pay much attention to them when taking them off the container but went to use this one and realized it ratchets the opposite way of an American strap.

that must be one of the rare left-handed models!

We installed a custom top link swivel mount on the brush cutter. I knew I kept those old Toyota shackles around for a reason.View attachment 415861

I actually just fixed the one on my ching chong bush hog this weekend too. Ideally It needs to have a stopper where it only pivots one direction when you go through a ditch and hits the stop when picking it up with the 3 pt.
At least if you're driving around with it a lot. My other one I just disconnect the top link to mow

Nothing is bent or welded four times. Are you sure the operator is running it correctly? 😂

This is what I had to return to RK the other day. Guess I’m gonna build mine too. Glad I could remind you that you needed one:D

Got tired of my wife not finishing her flower bed so I did a little work today to create lots of work for her:D:laughing:. Nice to see things alive & growing again at the property. Thought about those Ramsey boys while in Marion and ran into Justin Sigmon at Rural King.

What is in those plastic wrapped skids?
Some fancy gravel that apparently matches the rock for her walkways around the beds. Had 12k of rock on that trailer, haven’t towed that kind of load since we last pulled 2 rigs to CO & UT in 2017. Truck handled 70+ easily, held 6th gear even on the hills.

You get it from Quality Stone? Decent prices?

When that absolute c word of a pin still won't take any grease and it's finally starting to worry you, 10k psi of porta power aw32 will clean it out. Still struggled though View attachment 416023
So you shot the AW32 into the pin to get it to accept grease? I have a frozen joint on a machine that I cannot get grease to accept. I've removed the fitting and dripped penetrating oil and actually brake fluid into and I get nothing. I've used heat, hammers, and it will not take grease. It's older and frozen up but for the life of me it won't take grease.
