Random pic thread.

Total crap day at work. A lumber mill rep blatantly lied about a delivery arriving here Tuesday. Supposedly the truck has been broken down between here and Atlanta for 2 days. Finally found out the order was never entered.
I lost it.
Anyway, turned that rage into productivity and built 1 Dana 60, disassembled 2 more and established pinion depth and finally took a big bite of @Hokie_YJ Gear works/Yukon 9" build.
If they piss me off again tomorrow the SRT may run this weekend.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that turns to rage when they pull that shit.

Sooooooo, what I'm hearing is that if I have some work in your shop that I'm waiting on, I should go find someone to piss you the fuck off? :D

Munchkin is a science nerd, and has been really hung up on the solar system lately. So we got him one to hang up in their room. Guess you could say he's over the moon lol.

Y’all should get a good chuckle at my expense. So Saturday the wife said hey the oven has a bright spot in it while cooking our steaks. So I came over and looked from the tv. Oh that’s the element it’s about to go out. I go back to my show. Then hear. Omg it’s on fire. I tell her to kill it. It cools and goes out fortunately. So yesterday we ordered a new stove. Pulled the old one out to find this fun.

Last night went work putting an outlet in for the new $1200 stove. There goes my truck tires for a while… proceeded to move the wires against the wall and put the outlet in the wall.

Fun fact one of those feeds I thought was 110 ended up being 220…. Oops! When she threw the breaker it tripped and shot out sparks. I heard something pop and yelled off about 10 times. So fixed my error and by some miracle the coffee pot and microwave didn’t die.
Also another fun fact. There are two layers on the walls. Sheetrock and what looks like concrete or plaster.

I have a love hate with her old house.

With pool season coming up, we needed a bit extra storage on the golf cart. Went to harbor freight and got one of their $100 roof rack carriers. Some scrap steel for brackets and two crossmembers and we are in business. It's only ever going to hold pool floats, noodles maybe a small cooler so weight is not an issue.

Why not just change the $30 element?

Well the oven was old as crap and a Kenmore. I suggested that to the wife too but we both had trouble finding info on the stove. We are doing a kitchen remodel anyway so I suggested we may as well look at new ones since the dish washer and Firdge have been replaced in the last few years. I even suggested she go ahead and and get the double oven she was drooling over.... happy wife....

My wife has unlimited kitchen budget because I too am a smart man (also with a bike in the garage).

The way my wife is cooking. I may need a bigger bike lol. She can spend as much as she needs to keep the food coming lol.

If you fellers are having to buy kitchen accessories to keep the wife happy, you need to do more work in the bedroom

:D
